Conditions for Registration in Matrimonial Section
- To register your profile and become a member, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the law of India, i.e., 18 years and above for females and 21 years and above for males.
- You should not be restricted or prohibited by any law from entering into this agreement.
- You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- If at any time we find that the information provided by you is false and you are not eligible to register on this site, Shubh Vivah – Mewad Rajput Samaj has the right to terminate your membership and/or your right to use the service without any refund of unutilized subscription fees.
Membership
- Paid members are allowed to get the contact details of other users/members of this site. However, contacting other members/users is limited depending on the membership type. To know the period and number of contacts allowed, please visit our Membership Options.
- Members are allowed to get contact details of only opposite-gender profiles within the caste and community mentioned during registration.
- Membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If paid members find any settled profiles, profiles without contact numbers, wrong numbers, or non-working phone numbers, they may send an email requesting an additional contact for the settled profile within one week after contacting.
No Guarantee of Matchmaking
Shubh Vivah – Mewad Rajput Samaj does not assure that registered users, whether free or paid, will be able to find a match of their interest. Shubh Vivah – Mewad Rajput Samaj is only an online platform to assist you in your partner search and does not provide guaranteed matchmaking services or assure the availability of matching profiles within a community.
